I grew up in Montreal, where I first became a Realtor. Earlier in my real estate career I decided that I wanted to pursue this endeavour in a bigger city and moved to Toronto. Being in a completely new city and having to find a way to generate business I was introduced to online advertising through social media advertising. I developed a thrill for ad designs and lead generation, which then lead me to helping other realtors generate leads for their business as well.

I successfully ran social media ads that attracted the clients I wanted to work with as a realtor, and later on I started to do the same for other Realtors. Learning how to understand different KPI and facebook metrics helped me to better optimize advertising campaigns.

 

My main core values are Integrity and self-improvement. I apply the principal of integrity in everything that I do and uphold a high level of honesty with myself and with others. As for self-development I strive to be open to the areas in my life, relationships and career that can be improved, and work on them.

I’m a social media advertising specialist. I’m responsible for ensuring that the ads consistently generate the type and number of leads our clients want and within the set budget of our clients.

I enjoy solving the problem of ad performance in the areas that need to be improved. There are so many aspects to a successful ad campaign that being able to solve a problem, is like finding where a specific piece of the puzzle belongs to create a complete picture. As a previous business person, I know that when you have no clients, you have no business, so getting them clients is what I aim to help clinic owners get.

I just started, but I can say what makes me excited about having the opportunity to work here is being able to focus all my effort into one specific aspect of the company, that I’m passionate about and knowing that I still get to have an impact on the company’s success. I also like that I’m able to be a part of a company where it’s evident that the intentions, vision and core values of the owners are to genuinely make a compelling difference in an industry that they’re passionate about.
