My journey began amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Kelowna, British Columbia, before destiny whisked me to the charming town of Watrous, Saskatchewan in 2012 where I embarked on an adventure as a Legal Assistant/Real Estate Paralegal, laying the foundation for my ever-evolving career tapestry. I’ve dabbled in a delightful mix of Office Administration, Bookkeeping, Legal wonders, ultimately landing in the realm of Onboarding & Support. But hey, it’s not all about work! My most cherished title is ‘mom’ to my adorable 7-year-old, Weston, who constantly amazes me with his wonders of the world. When I’m not at the office or being a mom, I will be listening to music, dancing, reading or sketching (I love art!). What drives me is connecting with people, understanding their needs, and championing their triumphs.

My professional journey has been an exciting tapestry of roles where communication and connection were paramount. I’ve worn various hats in Office Administration, Bookkeeping, Legal, and Onboarding & Support, developing exceptional communication skills and a genuine knack for understanding and assisting people. I believe it’s this unique blend of professional acumen and a compassionate heart that makes me the ideal fit for the role of Client Success Manager, where every day is an opportunity to connect, uplift, and thrive together.

Whether through professional development, personal experiences, or helping others, I strive to become a better version of myself each day. I believe that growth is a never-ending journey that enriches our lives and allows us to contribute positively to the world around us.

I am in the Client Success Manager role and this type of role is exactly what I specialize in; Providing exceptional support and guidance during their onboarding!

The types of problem I enjoy solving and am most effective solving are as follows: 1) Real-world Issues and Innovation: Addressing real-world problems and proposing innovative solutions is both rewarding and fulfilling. Whether it’s tackling environmental issues, improving healthcare, or enhancing technology, I enjoy contributing to meaningful solutions. 2) Collaborative Problem-Solving: Engaging in collaborative problem-solving, where a team collectively addresses a challenge, is enjoyable for me. It offers diverse perspectives and fosters creativity.

From what I understand, clinic owners often face the struggle of managing multiple responsibilities, including client support, staff coordination, and administrative tasks. Balancing these demands while ensuring exceptional client experiences can be overwhelming. As someone passionate about effective communication and streamlining processes, my goal is to ensure that every moment spent interacting with me is effective and efficient for clinic owners.

So far the team environment is fantastic. Working alongside talented and motivated individuals fosters a culture of collaboration and creativity is very enriching. Being able to bounce ideas off each other and collectively come up with innovative solutions is something I look forward to. Additionally, I am looking forward to engaging directly with clients.

When I am not on the clock or busy with my favorite job of all, my Mom duties you’ll find me embracing the rhythm in dance or deep into any type of art project (which right now I am enjoying sketching the most!). Moreover, outside the office, my heart delights in connecting with people, exploring the wonders of creativity, and, of course, being the ultimate mom to my adorable 7-year-old, Weston.
