Accountability Coach
I grew up in Iowa and went to Lindenwood University, where I studied Business Administration. I have worked in client-focused roles at Abstrakt Marketing Group and Yelp, helping business owners grow through marketing and sales strategies. I have always been an active person and played Division I rugby in college, which taught me a lot about discipline, leadership, and teamwork. Those lessons have carried over into how I approach my career and life in general.

I have several years of experience working in client relationship and account management roles, where I’ve developed strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. At Abstrakt Marketing Group and later at Yelp, I managed business accounts, built marketing strategies, and helped clients reach measurable growth goals. My background in Business Administration and my experience as a Division I student-athlete have both helped me strengthen my leadership and time management skills, which I bring into everything I do professionally.

My Core Values

The core values that drive me are integrity, growth, and perseverance. I believe in doing the right thing even when no one is watching and always putting in my best effort. I value personal growth and try to learn from every experience, whether it’s in work, school, or coaching. Perseverance is also a big one for me. Playing Division I rugby taught me to push through challenges and stay committed to my goals no matter how tough things get.

I know that a lot of physical therapy clinic owners put so much energy into caring for their patients that the business side starts to feel overwhelming. Things like marketing, scheduling, and keeping a steady flow of new clients can take away from what they really want to focus on. I want to help change that by making it easier for them to grow their clinics and still have time to do what they love most, which is helping people get better.

I’m an accountability coach, and my main focus is bridging the gap between our internal team and our external clients. I make sure communication stays clear, goals stay on track, and everyone has what they need to follow through. My role is really about keeping people aligned and supported so both sides can work together efficiently and see consistent progress.

I like solving problems that deal with people feeling stuck or misunderstood. A lot of issues come from miscommunication or lack of direction, and I like being the person who helps bring clarity. It’s not just about fixing the problem itself but helping people feel heard and supported in the process. When things start to click again and everyone feels confident moving forward, that’s the kind of problem-solving that means something to me.

“She believed she could so she did.”

Even though I just started, I can already tell the culture here is really strong. People are welcoming, supportive, and driven to grow both personally and as a team. There’s a sense of trust and motivation that makes me excited to be part of it and to keep learning as I go.

When I’m not working, I like staying active and spending time outdoors. I coach rugby and still love being involved in the sport whenever I can. I also enjoy relaxing at home with my partner and our pets, cooking new recipes, and watching shows or movies. It’s a good balance between staying busy and finding time to recharge.
