Onboarding & Client Experience Assistant

I grew up in one of the main cities in the Philippines and studied in an all-boys school until high school. I went to De La Salle University as an accountancy student for 2 years before dropping out and starting work. I’ve only ever worked in an actual office for 1 year; the rest, I worked from home. Back in 2021, I decided to go back to college, but I took up web development instead of accountancy and am only doing it when I have the time. Now I’m working full-time with RehabCEOs!

I worked in customer support for 2 years and then as a sales/marketing assistant for another 3 years. I was an accountancy student before, so I’m good with looking at numbers and large amounts of information. My interest in web development and tech also helps me adjust and use most software easily. I’ve only ever worked for US-based companies, so I can work with almost anyone.

My Core Values:

One of the core values that drive me in life is the Golden Rule. I always put myself in other people’s shoes and give my best to help others and offer support in the same way I would hope to be treated. Having empathy is important to me because it builds trust, fosters connection, and creates a more understanding and compassionate environment. I believe that when we lead with empathy and treat others with kindness and respect, we not only lift others up but also grow personally and professionally.

“Freedom is what you do with what’s been done to you.” – Jean-Paul Sartre

I work as the Executive Assistant to the Onboarding team as well as the AC/CSM team. I specialize in doing the pre- and post-onboarding steps for new clients. I also help out with any backend tasks like organizing Google Drive folders, updating client metrics sheets, creating SOPs, and checklists.

I want to help clinic owners take the big leap of working with RehabCEOs. It’s often hard to admit when help is needed, but the most successful clinic owners are the ones who recognize their gaps and seek support. Asking for help doesn’t make them any less of a business owner — in fact, it shows strength, self-awareness, and a commitment to growth.

I love problems that make my head hurt—the kind that make you think deeper and push harder. There’s something incredibly satisfying about reaching a milestone in a task that was once daunting. I’m also good with numbers, so anything related to that I can do.

Honestly, it was such a huge culture shock when I first started working for RehabCEOs. The weekly team meetings are so uplifting because everyone gives kudos to others instead of focusing on themselves. The environment is genuinely kind and supportive; you can ask anyone for help, and even if they don’t know the answer, they’ll tag someone else who does! I’ve worked at companies where team meetings were just filled with complaints and problems, and that’s the opposite of uplifting. I’ve never felt more excited to start work each day, and seeing everyone put in so much effort makes me want to do the same.

When I’m not working, I love to play computer games while watching a TV show. I mostly play with friends, but there are some games I like playing alone. My quarter-life crisis hobby right now is gardening! I have a bunch of plants that I tend to every morning—checking the soil’s moisture, the air’s humidity, and looking out for pests.
