GHL Specialist

I grew up in Cairo, Egypt. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Cairo University (2014). From 2014 -> 2020, I pursued multiple careers (Teaching, water treatment engineer, PV engineer) until I made my final career shift to Marketing in 2020.

“In 2020, I started studying Digital Marketing and was accredited by Udacity platform in Advanced Digital Marketing and Marketing Analytics. I obtained my first job as a Marketing Automation Specialist (using GHL) in April 2021 in a Toronto based marketing agency (Top Lion Marketing). In july 2021, I joined elevAI as a Marketing Automation Specialist/Executive and worked there until the agency shut down in August 2024. I was responsible for Automation & Systems Integrations (GHL/Zapier/Twilio/IntakeQ)

After that, I joined an agency called MCA Simplified, where I was a kind of a generalist. I did onboarding calls, support calls, account set up (GHL), A2P submissions, .. etc until I joined RehabCeos in February 2025″

They have to follow up with leads and book them. I’d love to implement an AI system that automatically books the patient in a GHL calendar.

I specialize in Marketing Automation. I take care of the GHL requests that come from the clients (launching PPRs, GRCs, custom campaigns, custom landing pages, building workflows,..etc.)

I enjoy troubleshooting automation errors as well as building custom workflows to provide solutions that best serve my clients’ needs.

I love the team spirit and how all team members support each other. I love that management take a whole day every quarter to train us and keep the team informed on the vision and the results the company as a whole is achieving
