Customer Success Manager
I originally grew up in Yonkers, NY and moved to Long Island, NY after my father’s small business became more successful. Watching my father and mother work endlessly to support our family inspired me greatly throughout the years, and as I grew up I started many side businesses myself in high school which became semi-successful. This included doing graphic designing for youtube creators, selling items on ebay, and customizing gaming electronics for customers around the world. I made a decent income, but knew it had to be more stable and I decided around this time I was going to work as a day care aid / camp counselor to bring in extra income.
My core values revolve around health and wellness, family and friends, growth, resilience, optimism, and a deep sense of curiosity and open-mindedness.

Back in 2021 I got laid off of 4 of my roles within the company I was working at due to COVID. On top of that, my father was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer while my mother beat thyroid cancer months before. It forced me to focus on supporting my family financially, and so I told myself if I could be successful with my own businesses in the past I could do it now, and I took a leap at starting my own digital marketing agency. I scaled it from being a one person agency to a team of 7 and 15 contractors, working with over 60+ B2B clients over a 2 year span. I made enough to support my family and keep my mom out of a job to take care of my father full time, which is one of the most proudest moments of my life.
Although, this was also a time when my health was declining rapidly due to my neurological issues, and I had to make a hard decision two years in to bring the energy back into myself and my health. I ultimately shut down my company, and decided to work as a front desk associate at a large gym so that I can be more customer facing and up skill myself. Within 6 months I was promoted twice to a sales expert, and then sales manager. This gave me large responsibilities at a young age of 23 and a challenge to up-skill myself in areas I felt I lacked, while also focusing on my health at the same time. Since then, I grew my team from 6 to 18 associates and got our gym to become number 1 out of 273 other clubs in terms of total performance. My main focus was to be employee and customer centric, leading with a servant leadership style that promoted a healthy balance to create successful results for my team and our members!
