Luigi Gaviola

Website Specialist

“I grew up in Pasig City, Philippines, where I spent a vibrant and formative childhood. My academic journey began in Civil Engineering, but my passion for technology eventually led me to shift my focus to Software Development. This transition allowed me to blend my analytical skills with creative problem-solving, something I truly enjoy.

Early in my career, I worked for two years in my father’s construction company, gaining hands-on experience in project management and site operations. This gave me valuable insights into the industry and strengthened my foundation in engineering and teamwork.

Outside the tech world, I’m deeply passionate about music. I’m a drummer and have performed with a local band, as well as worked as a session drummer for various Filipino artists from 2006 to 2014. Music remains an integral part of my life and continues to inspire my creativity.

During that time, I worked full-time as a web developer, specializing in building responsive, user-friendly websites. I also took on freelance projects during my spare time, helping clients bring their digital visions to life.

Whether I was writing code or playing music, I thrived on creating meaningful experiences and always looked forward to the next opportunity to learn and grow.”

I am a web developer with over 10 years of experience working on small to large-scale websites. I have also been a team leader, previously managing a team of four developers through the development, QA/QC, and go-live phases.

My Core Values:

Be Efficient, Accountability, Compassion, Respect and Gratitude

The only way to do great work is to love what you do.

I want to make their website accessible to every user, regardless of the device they’re using. Every client deserves a clean, efficient, and high-converting website. Poor user experience can lead to poor conversion. I don’t settle for good; I strive to provide my clients with the best service I can offer.

I’m currently in charge of the site review, evaluating our existing templates and suggesting workarounds that are efficient, standardized, and modular, while also creating reusable components.

I’m focused on avoiding the WET (Write Everything Twice) approach by promoting modularity in our development process. My goal is to ensure our codebase remains clean, reusable, and easy to maintain. I’m constantly looking for potential loopholes or areas for improvement, and I truly appreciate the collaborative spirit of my team in working together to enhance our development practices

I truly enjoy every aspect of my role, and I’m grateful to be part of such a supportive and collaborative team. I sincerely appreciate my superiors and colleagues for taking the time to listen to my suggestions on improving our development approach. This experience has been incredibly enriching, especially in enhancing my skills in leveraging AI tools.
