I am from the Atlanta area, and I have spent my whole life as a Georgia resident. I attended Clayton State University, and have worked in a cusomer support role for just about my whole career, in the logistics industry, real estate industry, and now I am very excited to be joining the team at Rehab CEO’s! In my free time I enjoy volunteering as an English teacher at my church, and I am also a volunteer for Project Esperanza, a charity based in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, which assists the Haitian Refugee Community in the areas of housing, education, and nutrition. I spend a good bit of my year in Puerto Plata as a result of my work with them.
I believe that health is wealth. I believe in fairness and professionalism. I believe in putting my best foot forward, being modest in my accomplishments, open to criticism, and being accountable for my mistakes. I believe in making the most out of opportunities, and being grateful for those opportunities, and loyal to the people who provide them.
I then went on to work for Agent Pronto, a subsidiary of Fidelity Financial Services, as a remote CSM. Agent Pronto helps home buyers and sellers find the perfect real estate agent, and I focused on onboarding, customer support, and customer success. I acted as a conduit between the realtor and the referred customer throughout the process, ensuring that the lead was converted into an actual commissionable transaction.

I want to help Clinic Owners convert leads into actual patients that are receiving treatment, getting better, and recommending the Clinic to their friends, family, and coworkers. I imagine that it is hard to keep up with the skill and knowledge necessary to be a Therapist, and grow a business at the same time. I would like to be part of the solution to that problem.
I am a CSM, and I specialize in communication, customer service, retention, and team building.
I enjoy solving problems that arise from a lack of communication, or from a customer not feeling prioritized. I enjoy solving problems by offering a different perspective, dedicating time and attention, and taking responsibility for the result, not just the process involved in solving the problem.

I love to play and watch sports, especially basketball. I enjoy my volunteer work immensely. I love to travel, go out to eat, and I love to spend time near the water, such as lakes, oceans, rivers, etc.
