Executive Assistant
I’m from Angeles City, Pampanga in the Philippines, and I grew up in a small town called Sapalibutad, where I spent most of my life. I’ve been happily married for almost two years now, our anniversary is coming up this October 16 and as a young couple, we’re starting to plan for a baby. I began my career in Hotel Operations Management and got my first experience at the first five-star hotel in Pampanga, the Clark Marriott Hotel, where I worked as an Executive Assistant. Eventually, I realized the hotel industry wasn’t enough for me, so I transitioned into other fields including telecommunications, waste management, accounting and taxes, and e-commerce.
Yes, I’ve worked in several start-up environments supporting founders and small teams. One example was with a client who ran three businesses at once: a tax service, a Trucking company, and an E-commerce store. I handled everything from admin tasks and team onboarding to marketing and operations. Things moved fast and priorities shifted often, so I had to stay organized, adapt quickly, and solve problems without waiting for direction. It taught me how to stay calm under pressure and keep things running smoothly even when the structure wasn’t fully in place.
Core Values:
One of the core values that drives me in life is kindness. I believe that how we treat others especially when there’s nothing to gain defines our character. Kindness creates connection, fosters trust, and has a ripple effect that can change someone’s day or even their life. It’s not about grand gestures, but about consistently showing up with empathy, patience, and compassion. In a world that often moves fast and feels transactional, I choose to lead with kindness because it builds a foundation of respect, humanity, and lasting impacts in everything I do.
“Kindness is a language the blind can see and the deaf can hear.”
“ Mark Twain”
One thing I’ve noticed many clinic owners struggle with is keeping their operations running smoothly while also trying to grow the business. They’re often overwhelmed juggling patient care, staff management, scheduling, marketing, and backend systems like billing and documentation. What I want to help fix is streamlining and systemizing those day-to-day operations, whether it’s through better admin support, improving communication between teams, or setting up automation and tracking tools so clinic owners can focus more on strategic growth and patient outcomes, without getting buried in the daily grind.
I’m the Executive Assistant at Rehab CEOs, and I help keep things organized and running smoothly for the leadership team. I handle a mix of tasks like managing calendars, coordinating client calls, summarizing strategy sessions, and keeping our systems like Skool and GHL updated. My main goal is to take care of the behind-the-scenes work so the team can stay focused on big-picture goals and supporting our clients.
I really enjoy solving problems that help things run more efficiently like when something feels messy or disorganized, I like stepping in and creating a system that makes everything smoother. Whether it’s fixing a scheduling issue, cleaning up communication between team members, or figuring out how to make a process faster and easier, I love finding practical solutions that take stress off the team and make everyone’s day a little easier.
What I really like about working here is the welcoming environment—everyone treats you with kindness, which is rare to find. After just a month, I noticed even more they genuinely put people first and value feedback before making decisions. That mindset reflects in how they treat their clients, and it’s clear Rehab CEOs is on the path to continued success.
