Hajra Mohsin

Accountability Coach

Born and raised in Pakistan and have lived in Lahore pretty much my whole life. I graduated in 2019 with a degree in Biotechnology from Forman Christian College University. I’ve always been a bit of a science nerd and loved all things biology. While I didn’t go down the typical biotech route, I ended up gravitating toward client-facing roles. Since graduating, I’ve worked in a mix of industries, mainly in sales and customer success, and somewhere along the way, I realized I really enjoy working with people, understanding what they need, and helping solve problems. So even though my path took a turn from petri dishes to people, it’s been a journey I’ve genuinely enjoyed.

Over the last six years, I’ve worked exclusively with the US market in a mix of client-facing and leadership roles. I’ve always found myself drawn to roles where I can lead, support, and help others succeed—whether that’s been through coaching, managing teams, or working directly with clients! I’ve consistently stepped into management roles, led teams, and helped drive $MM revenue by creating systems that work and building strong relationships along the way.

And while I didn’t go down the traditional path with my degree in Biotechnology, that background has surprisingly come in handy—especially now that I work with physical therapy practices. It’s given me a better understanding of the space and helps me connect the dots between clinical goals and the support we provide. Now, as a Client Success Manager, I get to bring all of that together. I love being in the thick of it—solving problems, building trust, and making sure clients not only get results, but actually enjoy working with us.

My Core Values:

Curiosity, empathy, and ownership are probably the three values that guide me the most. I’m someone who always wants to understand the “why” behind things, I care deeply about the people I work with and the impact I’m making, and when something’s in my hands, I take full responsibility for it!

“You have to act as if it were possible to radically transform the world. And you have to do it all the time.” — Angela Davis

I work closely with clinic owners to make sure their marketing and systems are running smoothly. Whether it’s managing campaigns, troubleshooting issues, or just being a sounding board, I’m here to keep things on track, make sure nothing slips through the cracks, and help them reach their goals without the chaos.

Honestly, a big one is feeling like they have to do everything themselves—they deal with so much overwhelm. I just want to help bring some structure to all of it, so things feel more aligned and manageable for them.

I like giving people direction when things start to feel messy. I enjoy helping clinic owners feel like they’re back in control and not just trying to keep up.

I like that I get to build real relationships with the people I work with and it doesn’t feel transactional. It’s also a space where I get to problem-solve, support others, and actually see the impact of what I do, which makes the work feel meaningful.

When I’m not working, I love reading and spending time with my friends and family. Honestly, anything that gets me outside, in nature, or just around the people I love—that’s my kind of reset.
