Giona Salvilla
Website Specialist
In 2021, I shifted into tech, specializing as a Front-End Developer with a focus on WordPress. I design, build, and optimize websites across various industries, emphasizing SEO, responsive design, and user experience. My leadership background and 7+ years of remote work experience have equipped me to manage projects effectively, maintain clear communication, and deliver results that meet both business and user needs.
My Core Values
I give my all to everything I do, driven by work ethic, excellence, and integrity—because winning matters, but winning with respect and fairness matters more.
I specialize in reviewing websites and transforming them into clean, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs. I focus on front-end development, making sure each site not only looks great but also functions smoothly across all devices. My goal is to create websites that leave a strong, professional impression while improving user experience and engagement.
I enjoy the challenge of making websites both visually appealing and user-friendly. It’s important to strike the right balance between great design and smooth functionality. I love figuring out how to improve layout, navigation, and flow so users can enjoy the site and find what they need easily while still making everything look polished and professional.
“Keep your face always toward the sunshine and shadows will fall behind you.”

I love the positive and supportive culture. It feels great to be part of a team where I’m genuinely appreciated for the work I do. Being in an environment that values my contributions motivates me to keep learning, growing, and giving my best every day.
