I grew up in Florida and have bounced between a few cities, but I’ve always been drawn to work that helps people grow and feel supported. I started out as an EMT, which taught me how to stay calm under pressure and listen when people need it most. Since then, I’ve spent over 17 years in customer experience and leadership roles—mostly in high-growth startups and service-focused companies. I’ve lived a few lives, but they all come back to one thing: showing up for people.
I’ve led customer experience and client success teams in both B2C and B2B environments, helping companies scale while keeping the human touch. At Shinesty, I built a CX team from the ground up and helped us handle thousands of customers a day. At Generali, I worked across partner networks, onboarding and retaining clients with a focus on long-term results. I’ve also been coaching and mentoring in unofficial capacities for years, and I bring that same energy here: proactive, honest, and outcome-driven.

I help our clients win. My focus is on client success and accountability—making sure clinic owners not only get the tools, but actually use them in a way that drives real results. I specialize in helping people cut through the noise, take action, and stay on track. Think of me as your no-BS partner who makes sure things get done and progress keeps moving.
The constant firefighting. So many clinic owners are stuck in the weeds—chasing leads, managing staff drama, fixing broken workflows—and it kills their time and energy. I want to be the person who helps them shift from reactive to proactive, with systems that actually work and support that actually sticks.
I love tackling the “we’ve tried everything and nothing works” kind of problems. Whether it’s messy client communication, dropped balls in operations, or unclear accountability—those are my jam. I also get weirdly excited about fixing workflows, automating the repetitive stuff, and creating systems that feel human but actually scale.
I love that we actually give a damn. Everyone here shows up with purpose—not just for the clients, but for each other. It’s fast-paced but human, and we’re not afraid to challenge, improve, and grow together. That’s rare and something I’m proud to be part of.

If I’m not working, there’s a good chance I’m out on (or under) the water. I love spearfishing—something about the focus, the quiet, and the thrill of the hunt resets my brain in the best way. Also big on gym time, cooking, and hanging with my two dachshunds (who think they run the household… and might be right).
