Ben Brooks

I’ve been from the Midwest most of my life! I grew up in Columbia, Missouri, and eventually moved over to the Saint Charles area to run track at Lindenwood University, dual majoring in international business and psychology. I eventually moved back to Columbia to attend the University of Missouri and started my entrepreneurial journey with a business partner. We eventually raised capital and ran a successful start-up until I exited in 2020 and moved back to Saint Louis.

I ended up finishing my degree with Bay State on an esports scholarship and have been involved in multiple other small business ventures while also joining larger corporate teams in the marketing and tech fields.

I’m a seasoned sales and client success professional with over eight years of experience managing multi-million-dollar accounts, leading high-performing teams, and delivering measurable growth across both B2B and B2C industries. I’ve also co-founded multiple ventures, where I raised VC funding, built and implemented strategic marketing systems, and developed revenue-generating operations from the ground up. My expertise lies in digital marketing strategies, client retention, and implementing sales strategies to improve business systems to hit their growth goals.

I believe in doing everything with a purpose. Being comfortable with the day-to-day motions—being comfortable with boring—and finding purpose in everything you do is what makes you 1% better every day.

I currently work as an Accountability Coach, where I specialize in bridging the gap between the client and marketing departments within the company. I am also responsible for working alongside the strategic coaches to help advise clients on their next steps as business owners to help their organizations scale year over year.
I’m very excited to help client owners feel more comfortable engaging with their marketing and improving their confidence in their own sales techniques.

I enjoy solving every kind of problem! The only problems not worth solving are those without answers—but maybe those are the most interesting problems.

When I’m not working, I enjoy working out, playing pickup games, or pickleball. I’m an avid reader and still pursue a few of my own ventures when I have time, taking up small photo or video gigs as a videographer. I also play games with my friends regularly and watch sports every night.
