Aya Ghosn

Recruiter Coordinator

I was born and raised in Lebanon, I attended the American University of Beirut and graduated in 2020 with a BA in Elementary Education. I worked in this field for 2 years then I entered the edtech startup life company and worked there for 3 years as a Recruiter. It was a great roller-coaster, I gained extensive experience and developed many new skills.

Although I graduated with a degree in Elementary Education, I transitioned into the recruitment field and have worked as a recruiter for the past 3 years. During that time, I developed and managed the entire recruitment funnel from screening and interviewing candidates to designing onboarding processes. I’ve worked closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs efficiently, and I’ve built systems to improve candidate experience and streamline recruitment operations. This hands-on experience has given me a solid foundation for my role as a Recruiter Coordinator, with strong organizational, communication, and process-building skills.

My Core Values

One of my biggest values is staying true to myself. I care about being real with people, working hard, and always learning something new, even from small everyday moments.

“Recruiting is not about filling roles, it’s about finding people who make a difference.”

I help streamline the hiring process by improving how candidates are sourced, screened, and onboarded to make hiring for our clients smoother, faster, and more aligned with their clinic’s values and needs. One thing clinic owners often struggle with is finding and retaining the right talent. Hiring can be time-consuming and unpredictable, and a poor hire affects patient care and team morale.

Problems I enjoy solving are solving are our clients issues. None in particular, but whatever the issue is, I enjoy having them solved!

What I love about working here is the level of ownership, flexibility, and accountability that we are held to.

When I am not working, you can find me at the gym or hanging out with my friends.
