Accountability Coach
After college, I spent over 10 years in executive level management positions at some of the largest non-profits in the northeast. I was raised to believe that there was no greater mission than supporting those in need, and I dedicated myself to supporting at-risk youth in underserved communities by securing grant funding, strengthening community relationships, and bridging the gap between those in need and the services available to fulfill those needs.
From there I transitioned into Director of Sales for the largest digital marketing company for real estate investors in the country. Eventually becoming Chief Operations Officer for the next 8 years. I am motivated by my clients own personal goals for their business, and themselves. I bring a relentless drive, and level of empathy that makes me uniquely suited to advocating and championing my clients needs. Combining my years of business development and operational skills, I strive to ensure that every person I work with achieves their goals.
My Core Values
Empathy and growth are the two most influential core values in my life. I firmly believe that we all have a responsibility to help others, and I look for opportunities to do so every day of my life. I also believe that if you’re not growing, then you’re withering. So, I seek out ways to push myself outside my comfort zone, and especially to continue learning and expanding my knowledge base.
I am an Accountability Coach here at Rehab CEOs. I specialize in connecting with new clients, learning about and understanding the difficulties and hardships they face in their business, and working with them to strategize a plan to help them achieve their goals. Through operational and systems-based upgrades and improvements, to management and hiring decisions, I will help guide them every step of the way.
I love any problem that requires creativity to solve. Whether that be operational, systematic, managerial, or programmatic, I will help you find the perfect custom solution to your issue that fits your business.
“Now is the only moment when we can exercise influence, the only moment when we can direct the increase in entropy away from ourselves so that we can orchestrate local entropy to decrease. Such local decrease is the source of expanded life and civilization.”- Richard Mueller
I really enjoy being a part of a team that has such a singular focus on the success of the customer. Everyone is intrinsically motivated to get the best results for our clients, and that kind of energy is infectious.

Spending every single free second with my kids is the greatest joy in my life and the thing I enjoy doing more than anything else. Other than that I competed professionally in mixed martial arts for 16 years. So, although I am retired from competing myself now, I still train every week, and I enjoy coaching the younger fighters as well.
