Content Ops Specialist
Born and raised in Cebu, Philippines, I’m the eldest with a younger brother who’s currently studying Occupational Therapy. I’ve always been drawn to the artsy side of life, so when I went to college, I pursued Communication Arts. The subjects aligned perfectly with my interests—like theater, broadcasting, journalism, and writing. After college, I took some time off to travel, as I was torn between becoming a journalist, broadcaster, or working in radio. But realistically, those paths didn’t seem financially viable, so I ended up in advertising and corporate events.
Being an extrovert, I thoroughly enjoyed my first years of work. I met a lot of people, and my schedule was so packed that my family barely saw me. I actually enjoyed that aspect, especially coming from an Asian household with curfews and strict schedules. But as I got older, I became more of an ambivert, craving more time freedom and flexibility. I started to value family time more, and when I discovered the possibility of working virtually, it really changed everything for me.
The core values that drive me are family, creativity, growth, balance, adventure, and most importantly, resilience. Family is my foundation, creativity fuels my passion, and growth motivates me to continuously learn and evolve, both personally and professionally.
I value balance—work, life, and well-being. Above all, resilience is what keeps me going. No matter the setbacks, it empowers me to bounce back and keep pushing forward toward becoming a better version of myself.
I’ve been in marketing since 2018, specializing in design, social media, and editorial work. I started out in advertising, focusing mainly on PR and event management. But after six years in the industry, I’ve gravitated more toward email marketing, creative direction, content creation, and design. In 2023, I began working virtually with foreign clients, and I’ve loved every bit of it—it truly changed my life.
“Resilience is not about overcoming, but becoming.” – Sherri Mandell
Not really “fix” because something needs to be broken to fix it, but maybe helping out with some common challenges clinic owners face. With my background, definitely marketing and visibility—standing out in a crowded market can be hard. Clinic owners often lack the time or resources to create effective strategies to attract new patients. Helping them build a strong online presence or implement targeted campaigns could make a big difference.
I’m a Content Operations Specialist, and I streamline content creation processes to ensure efficiency and quality. I specialize in design, writing, email build—essentially, anything that involves creativity and content development. If it involves creativity or the arts, I’m all in!
I love tackling challenges around brand consistency and anything related to creative direction, ensuring that everything we produce aligns with the company’s vision and resonates with the target audience.
What I like about working here, especially as someone who’s just started, is the sense of balance. From my conversations and interactions so far, there’s a great mix of being able to talk to colleagues casually while still maintaining professionalism. It’s a laid-back atmosphere, but everyone is focused on producing high-quality work. I appreciate the flexibility and the collaborative environment where we can be relaxed yet still accomplish our goals.

I’ve been working from home for a while now, so I really enjoy doing something other than sitting in my office chair. I like hiking, going to the beach, camping, and boxing. Since I love learning new skills, I’m planning to try firing and jiu-jitsu! In fact, I’m also saving up to try skydiving—it’s one of my goals before I turn 30.
